From the moment our shutters lift in the morning to the quiet close at night close at night, there’s a rhythm to life here that we’ve come to love. It’s cozy chaos, full of familiar faces, fresh aromas, and little moments that make each day feel magical.
Mornings : The Wake-up Call
The day begin early before the first guest walks in. The sound of spices when thrown into the hot oil, the rich smell of hot naan, and the aroma of curry fill the atmosphere that will always make you feel instantly hungry. Lights are turned on gently. Table are wiped down . The team is all ready to bloom and shine in their own way. In the virtue of starting the day of, they are ready to welcome the world.
Opening of the door starts of with may types of people around us, as some with their morning haze while some holding their laptops, all ready to set on their day. Espresso drinks here , a zucchini fritters here and the day starts of beautifully and increadibly.
Afternoon : Hazy but calm moment
Following our day in the afternoon, things slows down a bit. People around ,takes a small break for lunch. Someone out there sketching in the corner , and there someone goosiping their day out , while some are engaged with their books, yes, The book lovers!
The kitchen stays still busy – making sandwiches, plating desserts and making drinks just the way people like them. The sun now starts to carve a beautiful soft shadows that makes everything dreamier.
Evening :
This is the time we all have a small space for love. The sun sets off casting a beautiful orangish archs. It is the time visitors find us by chance –we get to see many new faces , friends gather up for their long conversations and many solo visitors.
It just feels like a warm hug at the end of the day .
